Forms of Payment:
Our Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. Debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. We do not accept CODs or cash payments.

Personal/bank checks, and money orders are accepted but they may cause a delay in delivery until funds are verified with the issuing bank (if applicable).

Order Status
After your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email of your order with a tracking number.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be charged if you reside in the state of Colorado.

Domestic Shipping (Lower 48 States)
Although not guaranteed, most orders will be shipped the same day if received before 2pm MST weekdays. We know when you order items you'd like them as soon as possible and we do everything in our power for that to happen.

We do not try to make money on shipping and handling! The exact shipping cost for your order will depend on the zip code your order is being sent to.

With standard rate shipping, the shipping cost on all single order items is usually between $5.99 and $6.99 with the average being about $5 to $6. With muliple item orders, shipping will usually be about 1 to 2 dollars more.

All orders will be sent via USPS priority mail, UPS or by Federal Express. Federal Express does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Please note: Expedited shipping (2nd, 3rd day air and overnight delivery) is available at an additional charge. If you are interested in a faster shipping rate, those shipping options are available in the shopping cart area during purchase.

Note: Although paying for expedited shipping does ship your items faster, it does not guarantee faster order processing in our shipping department.

Canadian Orders
We do ship to Canada, however please call us first for an exact shipping cost quote.

International shipping
At this time, we do not accept international orders outside of the 50 states in the U.S and Canada.

Back orders
In rare instances some products listed in our store may be temporarily out of stock. We do everything in our power to try to keep this from happening but sometimes circumstances are beyond our control. Backordered items will be held in backordered status for up to 30 days. During this time, you will be contacted with a shipping date should you still wish us to complete your order.

Damaged or Defective Products
We guarantee that you will receive your purchases in excellent condition. If an item arrives opened or damaged, refuse to accept delivery of the package from the carrier and notify us. If the damage is discovered after accepting delivery, again, notify us promptly at:

Returns Policy
We, at Unique Fashion Brooches. com stand behind our products 100%. We guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you can return it for a full refund. We strive to provide outstanding quality, value and service and will do everything in our power to make your purchase an enjoyable, convenient and pleasurable experience.

If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you may return your items within 30 days for a full refund. Original shipping and handling charges (if applicable), are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges are the responsiblity of the customer. However, these return shipping charges do not apply to products with manufacturers defects prior to leaving our shipping department.

If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company.

Returning a Purchase

Although we will do everying in our power to credit back your credit card ASAP after receiving your return, please allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for it to be credited or an exchange made.
